New Roofs in Croydon and South London by Clayridge Roofing

This series of photos show work undertaken on a property in Woldingham. The roof was initially stripped to joists, front and back. Then a layer of new Tyvec™ breathable membrane was laid. New battens were fitted front and back and all soffits, fascias and gutters renewed.

A new dormer roof was fitted in place of the original flat roof.

At the rear of the house, the original flat roof was converted into a balcony, accessible via patio doors.

The following series of photos shows work performed on a house in Norbury area.
The roof is stripped and new battens put in place. The new tiles are stacked ready for installation.
New lead flashing is applied around the chimney.
